Tishia Lee - Author of Love Your Body, Love Yourself

The Body Positive Fairy Godmother, Tish Lee, encourages women of all sizes to take up space confidently and comfortably with no apology. She knows if you don't take your space in the world, no one else can and that would be a damn shame.

Tish became a diet school dropout in 2018, after being stuck in a revolving door of yo-yo dieting since the 5th grade, realizing that restrictive diets and intense exercise regimens were not sustainable or healthy for her body and mental well-being. It was then that she leaned into the importance of self-love, body positivity, and accepting oneself as they are.

Since then she's been on a mission to help women break free from societal beauty standards and instead embrace their own beauty and worth because every woman deserves to feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their skin.
Today, Tish is FAT and FREE living a life beyond her wildest dreams. She doesn't let size stop her and takes up space boldly and confidently in a world that criticizes big bodies. She uses her size to show others that they can do what society says "fat girls shouldn't!" like hiking, dancing, modeling, and more.
